NOTICE TO SUBCONTRACTORS - FCI Constructors is now accepting BIDS for Bid Package C for the NEW ELBERT SCHOOL This bid package includes the following trades: Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Sidewalks, Curb & Gutter, Chain Link Fence, Site Furnishings, Landscape & Irrigation, Playground Equipment, Building Slabs, Manufactured Stone Veneer, Metal Fabrications, Glue Laminated Framing, Casework, Cabinets & Countertops, Cement Board Siding, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Building Insulation, Joint Sealant, Doors & Windows, Skylights, Drywall & Metal Framing, Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings & Wall Treatments, Painting, Specialties, Residential Appliances, Food Service Equipment, Window Treatments, Bleachers, and Elevator. Bids will be received from pre-qualified firms only for Fire Suppression, Mechanical and Electrical trades. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, June 18th at 10:00am. The address of the School is 24489 Main Street Elbert CO. 80106. We will meet on site at the FCI jobsite trailer.
